- DOC-VAULT is an innovative service which allows clients to purchase templates of policies, procedure documents; guidelines; frameworks; training manuals on various Property & Facilities Management Subjects.
- WHAT CAN CLIENTS DO WITH DOC-VAULT?
- Clients may use these documents as a base document and apply it to their respective internal environment and develop the document further using their own internal resources.
- The documents can be customised by the FM Institute Consultants for the client, as a discounted rate
- WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DOC-VAULT?
- Well researched documents: policies, procedures, manuals, etc on Property & Facilities Management produced by specialist consultants, are available to clients on 1 website.
- The DOC-VAULT process reduces costs of getting additional consultants to reproduce documents from scratch. At least 60% of the primary work is already completed.
- The client may buy a suite of documents or individual documents, and there are no contract fees, or subscription fees. The client is quoted for the document and any other services they may require.
